WM Cofield Cheesemakers
WM Cofield Cheesemakers was started by Keith Adams and Rob Hunter, two friends from college, reunited after multiple successful careers to focus on British style cheeses in California. Keith has worked in restaurants in the midwest and set up his own successful artisan cheese company in Minnesota, Alemar Cheese. Rob worked on multiple vineyards in Northern California, eventually establishing his own label Hunter III. Wanting a new challenge, Keith approached Rob about a partnership. As a result, WM Cofield Cheesemakers was created! In 2014, Keith was able to travel to England to learn the details of British cheesemaking, and upon his return to Sonoma, they started production. These two men are able to combine their years of industry experience to produce something exciting and truly unique.
