Peggy Smith & Sue Conley started making cheese using Straus Family Dairy organic milk in the late 1990’s and the rest is history!

We are very selective with who we work with, partnering with like-minded business in both our producers and customer base. What does that mean? We work with producers that are sustainably focused, animal welfare conscious and high-quality driven. Our intent is always to help move the industry forward.
THE PANTRY
We carefully curate our pantry collection with items that are cheese-friendly and pair particularly well with different milk types, styles and textures.
You’ll find beautifully cured meats, heirloom fruit jams and crisp crackers in our pantry – essentially everything you need for a well-balanced cheese plate.
