Founded by Kurt Dammeier in 2003, Beecher’s Handmade Cheese is a coast to coast operation that celebrates all-natural and traditional cheesemaking. With production on full display in Seattle’s Pikes Place and Manhattan’s Flatiron locations, Beecher’s is dedicated to making each wheel of cheese by hand using hormone and antibiotic-free milk. Beecher’s uses ingredients you can trust, partnering with Green Acres Farm in Washington, Dutch Hollow Farms in Upstate NY and 100-year old, farmer-owned Maple Leaf Cheesemakers, Inc. in Monroe, Wisconsin.
