In 2005, Tim Welsh had a vision of leaving the corporate world behind and opening a creamery in the mountains of Utah. It was time to slow down from the 9-to-5 grind and produce something with integrity. Finding an eager collaborator in his brother-in-law, Pat Ford, the Beehive Cheese Co. was quickly born. Partnering with the fourth-generation family creamery, Wadeland South, a blend of premium Holstein and Jersey all-natural milk is used to produce rich and unique cheeses.
