Founded in 1998, Forever Cheese focuses on small producers and high-quality goods, each item of which is selected by co-founders Michele Buster and Pierluigi Sini. Forever Cheese has also been working to offset their carbon-footprint by partnering with the Carbonfund.org Foundation and is dedicated to working with sustainable farms only.
