Grafton VIllage Cheese Company

Grafton Village Cheese Company was rennovated and reopned in its original location in Grafton, Vermont in 1967 with the goal of returning cheese-making to Grafton and help keep dairy farms in operation. Grafton Cheese Company is operated by the Windham Foundation which was created in 1963 with the intent to create vibrant social enterprises with historical resonance that benefit the local community and provide good jobs. The result of this endeavor is a catalogue of awardwinning Cheddars and outstanding examples of European Classics with an distinct American intrepretation like Bear Hill.
