Owned by a husband and wife team, Tony & Julie Hook, Hook’s Cheese Co. has been producing Wisconsin-style cheddars and swiss for more than 40 years. Partnering with all-natural, hormone-free dairy farms near Mineral Point, WI, the Hook’s Cheese Co. has slowly been expanding their offerings to Colby, Monterey Jack and several flavored Jacks. Hook’s Cheese Co. has expanded their aging facilities and can now offer aged cheddars ranging from 2 to 10 years! They are aging up to 600,000 lbs. of cheese at a time and they don’t plan on slowing down any time soon!
