Meadow Creek Dairy

Meadow Creek Dairy is perched in the misty, cool reaches of the Appalachian Mountains at an elevation of 2,800 feet, where the water is pure, the air is clean, and the soils are rich and untainted. Firm believers sustainability through grazing management, the herd of Jersey cows at Meadow Creek Dairy are entirely pasture-grazed with minimal supplemental feed. The cows are only milked from early March until Christmas Day and then the entire farm takes a 2 ½ month break! The cheeses of Meadow Creek are true Southern seasonal wonders, and, after purchasing a neighboring farm in 2014, production is slowly and sustainably growing!
