Rogue Creamery


David Gremmels and Cary Bryant bought Rogue Creamery from Ig Vella (the “Godfather of Artisan Cheese”) in 2002, who stipulated that the new owners continue to make the cheeses the dairy had been producing since 1933. Both a B-Corp and Animal Welfare Review Certified, Rogue Creamery is dedicated to sustainability, tradition and community. Awarded multiple times for their cheeses as well as their commitment to service and sustainable production, David Gremmels recently set his sights to an international project, partnering with the French-based Savencia Fromage & Dairy to propel his cheeses to an international stage.
