Sequatchie Cove Creamery

Sequatchie Cove Creamery is located on the 4th generation, 300-acre Sequatchie Cove Farm near Chattanooga, TN. Nathan Arnold was brought on to work in the vegetable garden in 2003 and was soon joined by his wife, Padgett. Soon, Nathan was raising animals on the farm and he began experimenting with cheese in home-kitchen. In 2010, this hobby became a business and Sequatchie Cove Creamery was born. Dedicated to conservation, the Creamery is 100% solar powered and the excess whey from cheese production is fed to the pigs that roam the woodlands of Sequatchie Cove. Inspired by cheeses of the Savoie, the team at Sequatchie Cove Creamery manages a herd of 50 pasture-grazed cows and produce all their cheeses with high-quality raw milk.
