Twig Farm

In West Cornwall Vt, Twig Farm began in 2004 on 40 acres of land and the home of 40 goats and Michael Lee and Emily Sunderman A cheesemaker, Michael celebrates the nuances of the milk as it changes from week to week and month to month. With a minimum of intervention, Michael creates, ages, and markets their handmade raw and mixed milk cheeses. Inspiration has come from the traditional natural-rind goat cheeses of the French Pyrenees, but their product is decidedly a reflection of this tiny farm in West Cornwall, Vermont.
