Valley Ford Cheese Co.

Valley Ford Cheese & Creamery is located on the rural coast of Western Sonoma County. Run by Karen Bianchi-Moreda and her son Joe Moreda, Jr., they are the 4th and 5th generations to be involved in the dairy industry. Inspired by cheeses from the Italian-Swiss border, the Bianchi-Moreda family milks their herd of 400 Jersey Cows to produce over 8,000 wheels of cheese a year. Expanding throughout California, opening their own café and storefront, Valley Ford Cheese is a true mom & pop success story.
