
A semi-hard cow’s milk cheese, Beecher’s Flagship Cheese is aged for 15-months to develop a robust and nutty flavor. Almost a cheddar - but not quite - Flagship is slightly acidic, creamy and buttery with a distinct almost crumbly texture. A great snacking or melting cheese.
