Goat Gouda was the first cheese produced by Central Coast Creamery. Based on Dutch recipes, Reggie Jones uses 100% organic goat’s milk from local farms and adds goat cream for a touch of richness. Flipped three times a week while aging on pine boards for five months, a lot of TLC goes into production! And you can definitely tell. The paste is bone-white, dense, and has small salty crystals throughout. Notes of caramel, toasted nuts and sweet cream make this a great cheese for kids or picky adults!
