This Gouda style cheese make by Jan and Roos van Schie and the rawmilk of their herd of 40 Montbiliard and Red Fresian cows in Holland, on the firtle pastures of the Zwanburgerpolder.The flavors reisulting from selection at 12 - 15 months of age are layered notes of hazelnnuts, butter, whey and sweet bourbon.
