Washed in a brine as it ages, Grayson has a distinct, slightly sticky orange rind and a light golden interior. Meaty (think bacon and smoke), grassy, slightly sweet and nutty, this cheese has a distinct earthy undertone. An especially perfect pair for a malty beer!
