COLLA SpA started its activity in 1921 as a small dairy farm in Cadeo, in the province of Piacenza (Emilia-Romagna, Italy). This is a fourth generation family-owned dairy, specialized in the production of Parmigiano Reggiano, Grana Padano, and Grana style hard cheese. Today the company operates three production dairy farms and produces a total 150.000 wheels a year.
