
Smokey Blue is cold-smoked over smoldering locally-grown hazelnut shells for 16 hours and the result is a cheese of delicious balance. These creamy, crumbly wheels are actually fairly mild for blue cheeses - instead the predominant flavors are spiced-candied bacon, vanilla, stone-fruit and fresh grass. The first smoked blue to come out of the West Coast! Recommended with an American whiskey neat.
