
Verigoat is smooth, cave-aged cheese made from 100% goat’s milk. Aged for 60 - 90 days, this cheese is surprisingly semi-soft in texture, and tastes sweet, bright and floral. Age helps temper the tanginess of the goat’s milk, creating a surprisingly well-balanced round. Pair with strawberry jam and a baguette.
