Named for the peak above the Von Trapp Farm, Mt. Alice is a bloomy-rind cheese made in a similar style to camembert. When young, these cheese is soft but not runny and tastes of crème fraîche, lemon and wildflowers. As it ages, the cheese becomes gooey and more intense, with flavors of mushroom, cauliflower and earthy. All paired with the clean taste of high-quality, organic cow’s milk. Pair with a wild meade.
