The fruit is cooked with their skins on, infused with organic vanilla beans with only a small amount of sugar added. This is truely a unique and spectacular product. Perfect for pairing with triple cream cheeses, Alpines, Cheddars and blues for a nuanced tart contrast. NOTE: Girl Meets Dirt Cutting preserves are without chunks of fruit. They are made with a minimum of ingredients, and no pectin added. Just highly concentrated flavor of the fruit.
